Formula
value_to = value_from × (factor_from ÷ factor_to), with factors in kilograms.
Worked example
70 kg × (1 ÷ 0.45359237) ≈ 154.32 lb
Notes
Strictly speaking these are mass conversions. "Weight" in colloquial usage refers to the same quantity at standard gravity.
